Lets talk about Page Rank - SEO Rapper

"Let's talk about PageRank". Now this is how you make an interesting video. I wasn't expecting much more then some light entertainment but as it turns out Chuck knows his stuff. Some know him as the Poetic Prophet, others as the SEO Rapper but if you're even slightly interested in Search Engine Optimisation you'll want to check out Chuck's videos.



The thing I love about these video's is how Chuck able to drop catchy phrases that have some real meaning behind them. SEO without SEM? That's a NO-NO.

So is this all just for fun? Watching these video's is surely entertaining but it does hold more value then you might think. Chuck offers insights into the sorts of things you should be doing when it comes to Online Marketing as well as the things to stay clear of. But Chuck isn't the only one who enjoys these SEO rap videos, I'm not talking about just you and me, I'm talking about Brian Horn.

So what is PageRank?
PageRank is a link analysis algorithm, named after Larry Page, and used by Google for their search engine. It's the logic that helps determine which websites are more important and relevant to search results.

focus on a product and find a niche too
you want to get the listing

research all your keywords and your phrases
they all sound good but they may not be a factor
several ways to check and I prefer word tracker
very vague phrases should get denied
longtail keyphrases are more qualified
check the cpc, that's the cost per click

stay within your budget, that's not a big secret
track your results, reporting is critical
and set your goals right be Google analytical

if your business local make sure you geo targeting

make sure you use very descriptive ad text
its a must that you use correct landing pages
if they see what they want, they easily persuaded
when they convert that's a win win


Conversion Closing - Rap


Intro:

You launch a campaign but thats not all you need,
your campaign not working if its not generating leads,
no contact forms no phone calls
no new sales man you destined to fall,

google rules are strict, its a must you abide,
do it right and get rewarded that's how we survive,

did you set up analytics please tell me you did,
gotta figure out whats generating them clicks,

check your ad text,
spice it up a little add some adjectives,
check your link display,
and check your CTA,
and check your site design it might be chasing them away,
and is your site complete and is your deal sweet,

lets start with your meat,
talking about your content,
it drives the search engine anything else is nonsense,
make it keyword dense, that's just common sense,
but don't write for the search write for your audience,

I'd rather get 100 clicks and close 35,
than get a 1000 clicks and I only close 9,
listen to my design, don't get caught up in the rhyme,
you don't have to be number 1, strive for top 5,
